Livelihood Enrichment Program

India is today one of the youngest nations in the world with more than 62% of the population in the working age group (15-59 years). Research says in next 20 years, the labor force in the industrialized world is expected to decline by 4%, while in India it will increase by 32%. But according to current statistics shows that only 2% of the total employees in India have completed skills development training.

 

Skills and knowledge development are the driving forces behind the financial growth and community development of any country. Skill building is a powerful tool to empower individuals and improve their social acceptance. Hence, Pramith Foundation has taken the initiative of training and providing livelihood to 8 lac youth by 2025.

Pramith Foundation was recently entrusted with carrying out employability enhancement interventions for ITI students in Maharashtra. For young women of our country, we trained them in the role of CNC Operator and Assembly Line Operator. And provided the with 80% and above placement support. The project is funded by Centum Foundation on behalf of the Large Manufacturing corporate group.

Pramith Foundation is entrusted to impliment upskilling activity on Food Processing Technology GDA for under- privileged girls at Guntur region of Andhra Pradesh with 100% placement support. The project is funded by Indian Tobacco Company (ITC).

Pramith Foundation is entrusted with carrying out the skilling of health care personnel in GDA- Advance Job Role with NSDC certification and 100% placement support. This project is funded by BCCL a subsidiary of Coal India Limited (CIL).

 

  • Pramith foundation has completed implementing CSR projects of Citi Bank and Tata Strive in collaboration with Centum Foundation and Maitry manch. Domain: Healthcare GDA roles, BFSI.

  • Pramith foundation has been entrusted with carrying out the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program for Sandvik, a Sweedish Multinational. Pramith executes this project with SkillSonics India as a knowledge partner.

    The project involves Placement Linked Skill Training of unemployed youths. Domain: CNC metal cutting and ITI students. A Certificate is  issued to the candidates at the completion of the Program.
